1) Queen Anne Farmers Market, held around May–October every year, every Thursday from 3:00–7:30 PM, you can do fun activities such as: shopping 70+ local farm and food vendors, grabbing dinner from one of Seattle's largest street-food-truck gatherings, catching live music and chef demos, and letting kids join the "Roots to Shoots" produce-tasting program. Bonus Saturday markets run May 9, October 31 (Halloween Harvest Market), and November 21 (Thanksgiving Harvest Market).

Our neighborhood offers bikers convenient access to local bike paths and trails. We recommend checking out resident favorite paths/trails such as:
1) Elliott Bay Trail, located near Myrtle Edwards Park and Olympic Sculpture Park — a scenic, flat, paved waterfront path with separate lanes for cyclists and pedestrians and views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. It's about a 10-minute ride from the property, and it just fully reopened in June 2026 after a major renovation.
2) Elliott Bay Connections Greenway, located near Waterfront Park and Pier 62-70 — a new multi-use greenway that extends the ride south along Alaskan Way toward downtown and the central waterfront.
3) Burke-Gilman Trail, located near Fremont/Ballard, connecting further to the University District and beyond — a longer, iconic Seattle bike route for residents looking to extend their ride well beyond the immediate neighborhood.

1) Downtown Seattle is about 2.5 miles / roughly 10 minutes by car (traffic-dependent), and easily reached by the RapidRide D Line or Route 1/2/8/13 from the stop right outside the property.
2)South Lake Union, home to Amazon's headquarters and a dense cluster of tech and biotech employers, is even closer at around 1.5 miles, an easy bike ride or short bus/rideshare trip via Mercer St or Westlake Ave.

1) Bhy Kracke Park — a lesser-known viewpoint on the east slope of Queen Anne with sweeping views across Lake Union to the Cascades, all without the crowds you'll find at Kerry Park

1) Income Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
2) Rental History: We review prior rental history for evictions or outstanding debt owed to a previous landlord. A clean rental history is required for approval.
3) Automatic Denial Criteria: Applications will be automatically denied for any of the following: a severe level of charge-offs, a prior eviction, outstanding housing debt, or a bankruptcy filed within the last five years.
4) Self-Employed Applicants: Self-employed applicants can verify income by providing their most recent year's tax return.
5)First-Time Renters: Yes, first-time renters are accepted and welcome to apply.
